Uploading resumes to the cloud

There are multiple options for uploading job seeker profiles and resumes from a private data source into your Monster cloud database:

Cloud Search XML Upload

Cloud Search private resume upload processing allows clients to use web services or file-based processing to load copies of their own job seeker profiles and/or resumes onto private resume boards on the Monster platform.

The job seeker and resume information has to be supplied using the Monster XML schemas.

The two methods available for posting XML are web services and file-based processing.
- File-based processing is performed when an XML file is dropped off on the Monster FTP site, the BGW processes the file and returns a response file for pick up.
- Monster web services processing is performed via Monster Business Gateway (BGW) using SOAP messages over HTTPS.

Cloud Search Email Upload

Cloud Search customers may optionally submit resumes to their Cloud Search system directly via email, without the need for an ATS or database integration process.  With this feature, customers can select a unique email address tied to their Cloud Search board.  Once this inbox is created, they can send resumes as attachments or embedded in the email body, to be uploaded automatically into their Cloud Search private board.

Cloud Search Power Docs Upload

Cloud Search customers may optionally submit resumes to their Cloud Search system directly via a file upload, without the need for an ATS or database integration process.  With this feature, customers can log into their private FTP account (using credentials supplied by their Monster Representative) and load resumes docs directly into a folder set up expressly for this purpose.  Documents loaded into this folder are uploaded automatically into their Cloud Search private board.
